I have a sneaking suspiscion that Areolla will get dropped early by Vitali (like in the first minute) trying to slug with him and then get defensive and just slowly taken out like all the others.

I'm excited for this fight. Two guys who won't back down. It won't last long, but it'll be fun however long it does.

I can't seem to find the list now, but I saw a recent +/- list that had Mayweather at 26, number 1, and had Vitali and Arreola at 2 and 3, both in the 20s. Shocked the hell out of me to see Chris that high, and I think this fight will be a lot more competitive that a lot are giving it credit for. Should be a war.

Here it is, Floyd at 27, Vitali at 26, Chris at 25. Clottey 4th at 16.

I keep thinking about Chris getting dropped and outfought by Travis Walker.
But hey he got off the deck to win that one.
That one kind of turned out to be celebrated as a bigger victory than it should have been.
              This is the true test.

If he gives Vit any kind of battle, I think he will rate pretty high after this one.

I saw an article the other day where his trainer said that he began to gas in rd 10 of sparring. Most of his fights have been short fights, he has KO'd virtually every one he has faced, his longest match has been 7 rds. If he can't ko Vitali, then he will have to go the distance and that is unfamiliar territory for him.

True, but Walker came in in the shape of his life and threw like 108 punches in the first round. When Chris got dropped, it was more that Walker was bumrushing him and he couldn't back up fast enough so he took a knee, cleared his head, and proceeded to whip his a$$. I know Walker is not world class, but people are still sleeping on Chris.
