Forget Him! If I'm Bob and Top Rank, I'm throwing Berlanga in with Parker ASAP instead of him fighting Ryder. It is dangerous though, hell I think Ryder is dangerous for Berlanga as well but this is a huge opportunity...HUGE!

Why would any promoter or network waste their time or money on a fighter who always pulls out of fights while being inactive? On top of that, he's not even elite proven having never faced a champ. He pulled out of the Janibek mandatory to angle a fight with Parker then scrapped that fight supposedly because of injury while not giving up the belt either. Then the WBO reorders the Janibek fight but he pulls out again to pursue a fight with Parker only to pull out of that one too.
