Still no official Spence/Crawford announcement. How we feeling?

In August Dan Rafael said it was close. A few weeks ago Coppinger said it was a done deal.
And yet still nothing official from either side?
They needed to start promoting this fight yesterday as these guys are not huge mainstream names.
Now we’re less than 7 weeks from the reported date and still nothing.
Is it Haymon going cheap on the promotion trying to maximize his profit with no guarantee this one does a big PPV number?
Or were the reports premature and there are still details to be worked out?

Seriously doubt it takes place in November if it even takes place at all. Doesn't look as promising a few weeks back that's for sure.
