I keep telling myself to calm down, to take less of an interest in things and not to get so excited, but I still care a lot about boxing, talking & arguing about boxing, and fairness in boxing.

Where is the fairness in what Shane Mosley did?
Where is your integrity for the sport of boxing that you say you loved.

How can you say you want to see the best fight the best. Which I agree with.But you include mosley in the conversation with fighters
who did it the right way to become the best.

Mosley CHEATED. THIS IS A FACT.!

No matter how corrupt and unjust BOXING may be at time,
No matter if UFC is putting on big events with its stars who also take steriods (BROCK LESNAR)
at least we AS BOXING FANS should have a standard that cheating should not ever be allowed in a sport where cheating can cause death. more than anything else, we the fans should placed fairness over anything else in the sport. INCLUDING "THE BEST FIGHTS"

These fighters put their lives on the line everytime they step into the ring their must be an expectation that THEY GET fair fight. Fair and safe competition begins with the requirement that the two men facing are not cheating.

Opinions can be argue and ignored
But we can not allow facts to be ignore.

FACT IS MOSLEY IS A STEROID USER.

Yes he made an mistake, but guess what Mistake have consequences, and consequently Mosley has never faced any punishment for his so called mistake.

Basically he did the crime but didnt do the time.

To used Baseball again as an example.
If The Hall of Fame gave you only 1 vote
and you had to pick between Ken Griffey jr and Barry Bonds

In reading your post I have no doubt in my mind you would pick Barry Bonds
based on his resume. Ignoring the fact that the guy cheated.

How can you say Shane Mosley deserves anything...especially from a fighter like Mayweather who I bet would have love to used Steroids to
heal his hands, and the other multiple problems he is having and had with his body which cause him to take a break from boxing.

Floyd Mayweather have made sacrifices to become a great fighter the fair way SHane Mosley did not.
Manny Pacquiao made sacrifices to become a great fighter the fair way SHane Mosley did not.
Miguel Cotto made sacrifices to become a great fighter the fair way SHane Mosley did not

Cheating is the easy way out when your body is going through pain
Cheating is the easy way out when you feel the competition is to hard to do it the fair way.
Cheating is the easy way out when you want to claim weightclasses like mosley did. Instead claiming the weight classes like de la hoya, hearns, mayweather, and pacquiao did.

YES Mayweather should fight the best possible opponents boxing has to offer.
But not at the expense of denying fighters who did it the right way the chance at stardom and a big payday.

So once again Forgive me if I am not in a compassionate mood for forgiving cheaters and not wanting to see a cheater get a big pay day.

But understand this,
I actually respect the sport of boxing.
The last thing I want too see is my sport turn into a circus all in the name
of fans like you who just want to see fighters fight reguardless if they cheat or not...

I show no love for cheaters period.
in addition i show no love for people who sympathize for cheaters .

I always get surprised at how everyone has forgotten he did steroids in the second DeLaHoya fight. Yet everyone hates Margarito for using plasters and calls him a cheater but not Mosley?? And its not even certain Margarito used plaster.

Mosley Does not deserve ****.

In my opinion what Shane Mosley accomplish was based on the fact he had a unfair and illegal advantage over the other fighter which allow him to win.
BASICALLY HE WAS "THE INCREDIBLE HULK" fighting regular guys

Honestly, I just think Mosley is getting the benefit of the doubt and Margarito will never get.And I think that, that is not fair.
And check my post history I am not a margarito fan.
but fair is fair. and how the boxing world is treating Margarito is not fair compare to how they are treating Mosley.

In all honestly I was ready to moved on with the mosley steroid ****.
until somebody made a good argument to me about the double standard
between margarito and mosley...and how shane was never punish for his cheating....

and i notice I was low key playing favoritism. and I was wrong to hold margarito to one standard and mosley to no standards at all...

Man, all it was favoritism.

Just think About how different Oscar career would be if shane didnt used steroids against him.

And just because shane got caught once does not mean he wasnt doing it before.

It is very rare that a person gets caught their first time doing steroids.
People usually get caught when they have been doing steroids a long time and they want to try something better and when they do that they usually leave themselves open to being caught because they are dealing with people they never dealt with before.

Tell me how did Mosley find out about Balco?
Tell me what interested him in wanting to work with Balco?
tell me when he put the clear on, what did he think the clear and cream

was going to do for his body...?

the guy knew what he was doing

The guy is a cheater, and i think he cheated for most of his career

Tis true, Mosley ruined Oscar's career, more or less. He stole that title from him and not just that, he didn't even win for ***'s sake! Had he at least won the fight, ok, but he didn't!

And Oscar still befriends him and makes him a part of his promotion...just says how great a guy Oscar really is.

Listen people make mistakes whether or not he really knew or not we will never know. What we do know is he passed a lie detector test and he has not tested positive since. I am in the business of giving people another chance. I would even give Margarito another chance. Honestly to me there is a big difference in what the two of them did.
