Usyk didn't want to fight so soon and backed out. Joshua didn't want the fight either so a tune up is better than no fight.
He knew those fights had a very low chance of happening with such a quick turnaround. It's Fury, he's spewing bs because that's what he does. He wants an easy touch and not risk those bigger money fights down the line.
