If he fights shane people will say he's ducking pacquiao.

Seeing as how the history of the sport is littered with past boxing greats taking on great opposition time after time,
I don't see why Floyd should be exempt.
I mean, isn't that what a real fighter wants to do, prove himself against the absolute best?
Yea, yea, I understand, Floyds in it for the money, save your breath.
Fine, we can deal with that. Nobody is saying he should fight for free.
But he'd actually get the respect he deserves from the boxing community at large if he just did what every other past and present great fighter does,
