      But the HBO numbers from last time only included American buys. Got to compare apples to apples

            They have nothing to worry about then. They can afford Canelo’s $45m guarantee and GGG’s $20m guarantee with those numbers. Add in the probably $25-30m in gate revenue.

              Probably? I don't know. If we're talking global numbers the PPV's we're much cheaper in other territories. But who knows? I definitely don't.

                Yeah they’re pumping up that number with outside-the-US buys in the $20 range. It did 500-600k where the PPV was $85.

                Not a successful event. Not even hating on DAZN, but it’s clear they can’t just jump into the PPV market with a marquee name and do what Showtime, who’s been doing it for decades, can do.

                  HBO is an American company. DAZN is an English company founded and headquartered in England. Other people’s money outside the US counts too.

                  If HBO made their PPV’s available worldwide, then we could talk. The DAZN PPV was available to many countries.
