Canelo fought Yildirim, Angulo, and Kirkland. They had NO Belt, Are NOT A Draw/Payday, And Had No Meaningful Wins. Why Did Canelo Fight Them? Why is Canelo so scared of Benavidez?

Canelo: Yildirim is Strong, Fierce Fighter; Dangerous At Any Moment

That js what Canelo had to say on why he picked Yildrim.

Meanwhile He is saying Benavidez, who is the youngest 168 lb champion in boxing history and is also a two-time champion in that division, Accomplished nothing! Lmao.

What did those three bums accomplished to earn a canelo fight. While the youngest 168 lb champion in boxing history and is also a two-time champion in that division is being ducked and avoided by Canelo like the plague.

Because they were cheap to pay. And he didn’t have to do a co-promotion or go to their network while he was under someone else for the fights to happen.

Well to be fair he was coming off from a humiliating loss to Mayweather, he needed easier competition to reestablish himself with Angulo and Kirkland being available. Plus, WBC enforced the Mandatory for Yildrim so Canelo was attempting to hype it up sell out tickets.

Canelo was a rising contender at that point and now he is the A side.

Being that said I really want to see Benavidez vs Canelo, David currently holds a belt and is a mandatory whether Canelo wants to or not he has no right of stopping fighters that earned the right to get the opportunity to fight him instead of fighters like Jermall who try settle with Montiel and Sulecki.

Was the question about why Canelo isn’t fighting Benavidez right now? I’d say because he just had a fight. Also he’ll be out till may/september.

Theirs this new thing champions do. It’s a secret so don’t share this with anyone. They take a big fight and the next fight is this thing called a “tune up”. It’s used to keep the rust off.
