SouthPaws More Prevalent in Boxing Now

In past years the most popular elite fighters only had a handful of southpaw representatives. Now it seems like they are increasing in numbers despite only making up 12-15% of the population.

Guys like Shakur Stevenson, Tank Davis, Lomachenko, Usyk, Errol Spence Jr, Bam Rodriguez, Josh Taylor, Robeisy Ramirez. With honorable mentions being Boots Ennis and Terence Crawford.

Any ideas as to why this could be? Random? Tide change? Just a period in time?
