pbf beat up a smaller blownup past prime LW and still couldnt finish him. pbf doesnt have the killer instinct, he's so much of a ***** he wont risk taking shots and trade to finish jmm.

pac may have fought past prime dlh or hatton, but he's fighting bigger guys and will fight again another much bigger guy in cotto.

if pbf won over mosley last saturday then he has a case to be #1, but for now PAC is still king.

I don't really know, Pac earned his spot as the best P4P in his fights against Marquez, Barrera, Morales and Hatton. DLH was no relevant because of the reasons wwe know.
With that said Floyd has a perfect resume, leaved as the best and came back to show his abilities didn't diminish. That's why i picked Floyd, you wouldn't favor anybody over him at WW or Jr.WW. He would make easy work of Pacquiao too.
Talent wise he's the best, ballwise Pacquiao ****s him up.
