Can Canelo still get up for these fights

It's one thing to dislike you're opponent and another to train hungry like you still want it and have something to prove. Canelo has made a lot of money too much to stay hungry in this sport. He let go two of his long time conditioning coaches that's always a bad sign, he doesn't want to push like he use to anymore. He has the yes me around him and we all know how that turns out. I think canelo dislikes ggg and is saying the right things but someone making 40-50mil a fight it will be very hard to train like you use to.

I personally think canelo has checked out mentally he's done, in his opinion he's done everything he wanted. While ggg is still hungry even at 40 he still wants it. It's gonna be a long night for canelo come this Saturday.

I guess we’ll soon see, but I think Canelo is one of these guys who can always dig a little deeper. He didn’t get to the top and remain there because he’s a regular Joe. He’s special. The biggest stars tend to go out on their shields.

You're right about that just not a good sign when you start letting go guys who been with you for a long time over one loss. He seems to be blaming them instead of himself.

I don’t disagree. Canelo’s ego is outsized, I’m sure. But that’s partly what drives him, I think. He won’t stop until he’s stopped. That’s how guys like him usually operate.
