Will Floyd Step up and fight Shane?

On Saturday after floyds destruction of JMM he was confronted by SSM. A move set up by HBO and GBP. SSM called him out to his face on national TV in front of thousands who were at the MGM Grand and Millions watching on PPV and in Theatres all over the world.

Floyd said he took JMM challenge because he called him out on HBO. Well Mosley one upped him and not only called him out on HBO but to his face!

My question is now that Mosley did what JMM did will Floyd step up and fight Mosley?

No! He has a smaller (but more lucrative) fish to fry in the smaller Manny Pac.

I've got my fingers crossed. Even though Shane isn't the big money fight that Cotto and Pacquiao are, he is still well-respected in boxing. And Cotto and Pacquiao can get big money fighting a random bum due to their large fan bases. Mosley would be easier to deal with in negotiations than those guys would I believe. That is why I think Floyd may finally fight him. If he doesn't then he is one sorry individual.

Who gives a **** about Shane. Did he "step up" and fight a young Floyd Mayweather when he was at the top of the boxing world? Karma is a biatch, and i hope Floyd does the right thing by taking the fight that the boxing community has made clear they want to see: Mayweather vs. Pacquaio.

I probably would've ordered that fight myself up until I saw JMM get wiped out. That made me re-assess my opinion about a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight. The only type of guys that are going to beat Floyd are guys his size. That's my compliment for Floyd right there. You happy? He is too good to be picking on these midgets.

You doofus, are you unaware of the fact that Floyd himself is a fighter who came up from featherweight?

Try the #2 and #3 PFP best fighters in the sport. Shane can get in line and wait his turn to get his ass handed to him.

Maybe he did too but he has been at this weight for years now
He is picking on guys who just came in (pac) and he made a fighter fight at a weight he never fought at before!
                  Two weight classes !
count them #1 and #2 then he cant even make the weight?
                  FRAUD!

The majority of Pac fans on this and other forums are really afraid for Manny.
As are Freddie and Arum. So it's best, in their opinion, if Floyd fights Shane instead.

I think a fight with Shane can be made easier than a fight with either Pacquiao or Cotto due to negotiations.

If I recall, Shane was on the Hit List that Schaefer read.
