The unbiased review of Mayweather v Marquez?

Floyd looked as good as ever... you could have put any WW in there on the night, and they would have struggled

However as good as Floyd looked, Marquez was COMPLETELY out of his depth
He struggled with Floyds size and power, even when he did get in close to land power shots, they had little effect... typical signs of somebody at an uncomfortable weight

I think that the majority of JMM fans like myself, didn't truly believe he would win, just that it would be a typical full of heart performance from him... aside from a small amount backing the upset, I'm guessing the rest of the support for JMM probably came from people assuming he wouldn't be effected by a near 10lbs weight gain

So even though this all seems blatantly obvious to most... treat this as a solid win, but don't believe Floyd would dispose of the true players at 147 quite as easily

Only way he fights Mosley is if Pacquiao loses, cos there is no way he is stepping in with Cotto! Even then he'll probably push for a Bradley fight.

This thread was inspired by Larry's thread "the weight is not an excuse jmm"

I've said it before the JMM fight and i'll say it after, Mayweather would beat Pacquiao. I do hope Floyd will fight the Cotto/Pac winner.
