    Floyd would dominate Pacquiao

I am no Pacquiao fan, I am no Mayweather fan. Just a boxing fan who knows what he sees, when he sees it.

Mayweather is the #1 P4P fighter in the world, a top 20 ATG, and the best fighter I've watched since becoming a boxing fan as a young teen.

As a human being I think he's arrogant, rude, and at times foolish. But that doesn't take away from his skills or validity as a ATG.

My personal opinion is that Floyd wipes the floor with Manny Pacquiao. I mean with Floyd's timing, power, speed, and size advantage, does Pac really even stand much of a chance? Not in my mind.

Haha, could you imagine Manny lunging in with his straight left trying to tag Floyd? I think it would be check hooks all day. I would even give Floyd a good chance to KO Manny.

Your right Floyd would destroy many possibly by KO, Manny would open up unlike Marquez and try to fight. I could see him being competitive for the first 4 rounds or so unlike Marquez untill Floyd adjust to his speed and odd style.

Since he dominated Marquez with ease, my expectations of Pacman beating Floyd has dropped quite a bit.

What is Pacmans arm length because that would be a major role, Marquez has an arm length of 23 and Floyd 26.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mayweather stopped Pacman.

Nah. Floyd would not whoop Manny's ass. The last time Floyd fought someone with great handspeed was Zab Judah, and he gave Floyd all kinds of problems. Not to mention a Southpaw. Pac would do the same. After seeing that Mayweather couldn't finish Marquez, I have no doubts he would not KO Pacquiao. I would favor Mayweather to win a close-ish decision, but it would be a struggle. By far his toughest fight ever.

That remains to be seen...I don't want to predict a Mayweather blowout knowing the footwork, speed and power of Pac can do.

I just can't see Floyd grinning with every straigt left that Pac hopefully lands in his face or body...

And once he feels that power...it'll all be a different story...just my thoughts...

I don't think so man. Floyd is too smart for Manny in the ring. I mean look what he did to a cerebral counter puncher who was supposed to present a difficult style for Floyd. How do you think Pacquiao will do when he opens up and trys to chase Floyd? Lights out.

I agree with you, I have to see Pac fight Cotto before I can make a definitive opinion about a Pac-Floyd fight. Floyd is a terrific defensive counter puncher, and Pac has huge problems with that, but Floyd has never fought someone with a style like Pacquiao except Judah, and Pac is far better than Judah.
