Does this statement mean Golovkin actually watched the fight? He says he only saw highlights but you obviously don't know how the whole fight played out if that's all you watched, so maybe he let it slip that he saw the fight in totality.

Yes, I think bivol on night was too good. Maybe in rematch bivol won't be too good for nelo? But beating kovakev don't mean you beat bivol. Bivol would kovalev.
The size difference was about 15 percent of why he lost. He lost because of Bivol's skill set and talent. That's what it comes down to. I hate hearing this **** when he's fought bigger guys and won. You can't go and KO Kovalev at 175 and then make "size" as an excuse. That **** is weak.Comment

Yet he thinks he can beat Usyk at 190lbs? Lol...I wish Usyk could get down to that weight and would have fought him. What a career ending beatdown ending with a severe knockout!Comment

Yeah. Bivol is that good. One of my favorite boxers. Ever since I saw him on HBO, I thought "that's the guy." And Bivol is the smallest LHW in the division (aside from Canelo if you count him). Bivol weighed about 186 pounds on fight night. How much did Canelo weigh? Nobody could find out, which is suspect. I wonder if Canelo was at 185 that night. He could have even weighed close to 190. Which should be a red flag to everyone seeing Canelo bounce around weight classes. That's one of the most suspect moves I've ever seen and reeks of PED use.
This guy is going back down to 168. That's got to be a a 15 pound weight loss right there, at least. That's a lot of weight when you don't have much fat. Normally guys feel like absolute **** and are super weak after that type of drop. In a normal world, that alone should favor Golovkin to steamroll him.
(BTW: If anyone asks how I can like Bivol so much and not Devin, just ask yourselves how often you've seen Bivol hug in a fight. Out of all the fights I've seen him in (which is every one), I've only seen him clinch once. That's because when you're truly skilled, you don't need to clinch.)Last edited by Cypocryphy; 09-11-2022, 05:52 PM.Comment

Canelo is the next Roy Jones Jr…But not in the good way. I remember how biased and embarrassed the HBO crew was during Tarver II, Johnson, and Calzaghe.Comment
