Not a double standard but a higher one for Floyd

When ever Floyd is criticized here on the board his most devoted fans spam you and claim you are just hating and don't know **** about boxing. The criticism of Floyd on my part and on the end of the less biased posters on the board is more out of a higher standard for Floyd because he is such a gifted talent in boxing but falls extremely short of what he is capable of.
There is always the claim on here when Floyd is criticized that his "haters" are using double standards to try and discredit him. A generic example would be X fighter fought Y fighter moving up in weight so why can't Floyd or Floyd fought X fighter when X fighter was bigger so what is wrong with smaller Y fighter fighting a larger Floyd?
The problem is Floyd skill and talent wise is the best in our sport and needs to be held to a higher standard than others in my view. No hate, I just want to see him challenged and put to the test. Perhaps a situation of turmoil over come by Floyd in the ring would make fans look more favorably on him even and cement a truly great win on his record which he had to dig down deep for.
Due to his great talent and ability what I think should be expected of him from now on his no more cherrypicked opponents, no more mismatch catchweight fights, just legit viable competition. For him to make a fan out of me for his next 3 fights I would want him to fight the Pac/Cotto winner, Mosely, another good ww or any decent jmw.
Whether you agree or or disagree with my views I hope Floyd steps up and faces all of the challenges he is criticized for not facing and cements his place as an ATG in boxing. I think he has to in order to do so.....discuss, comment
