Go back to holmes website . He says that butterbean possibly hit even harder than shavers . Holmes also thinks butterbean hit harder than prime tyson which is a complete joke .

holmes was under 30 when he fought shavers.
over 50 when he fought butterbean.I think his punch
resistance would go down a touch within that period
of time.

Holmes only said that because he knows that he looked like **** and only wanted to make it look like he fought somebody. I fought on a card with Butterbean and let me tell you the guy is nothing but a side show. He was shorter than I was by a good 2" and wider than I was by a good foot and a half. The only word i can think of to describe the bean as a boxer is "extremely limited".....Rockin'

I've heard Holmes say that Shavers hit him "much" harder than anybody else he's ever shared a ring with, and that Shavers hit him too hard to knock him out!!
