You changed your argument. First you said he was very very close to losing then you say he could have won or lost. I think having the fight in the bag by the 8th round is not losing.
What this whole thing comes down to is that Marquez is a quality fighter that didn't win a single round against Mayweather who came from a 2 year lay off. He deserved credit for this win, period.
