Out of all the fighters I think Williams has the best chance of beating lil Floyd at 147 or 154! That double jab would give Floyd hell! People sleep on Williams speed! With those long arms he's one hell of a body puncher(watch the Vernon Philips fight). Can't forget about William's Stamina and great workrate!

there is zero chance paul williams EVER make 147 again. he was never a welterweight fighter to begin with he was just there because all the big names where there. he was barley making weight his last few fights there. no way he makes it now
