Out of all the fighters I think Williams has the best chance of beating lil Floyd at 147 or 154! That double jab would give Floyd hell! People sleep on Williams speed! With those long arms he's one hell of a body puncher(watch the Vernon Philips fight). Can't forget about William's Stamina and great workrate!

Williams and his trainer George Peterson have said plenty of times that Paul can still make 147 ******! The only reason why Paul is fighting at 160 is because no one would fight him at 147 and 154!
