Comments Thread For: Fury Trainer on Usyk: He Can Be A Threat to Tyson...Tyson's Been Knocked Down Before

Tyson Fury may not think much of Oleksandr Usyk as an opponent, but his trainer, Sugarhill Steward, apparently views the match-up quite differently.

I think Fury was serious about using Isaac Lowe for a camp before facing Chisora simply because he wouldn't have needed to bring Sugar Hill all the way over to the UK and leave kronk for a fight he would have won easily

Fury announced that he'd left SugarHill and Isaac Lowe in the team has been upgraded to his main trainer.

Are we just taking what Fury says with such large pinches of salt now, that we're just deeming it false?

Fury needs to train and do whatever he did for the Wilder fights and prepare for Usyk like an A level opponent that he is even if hes smaller. This is a walk in the park fight for Fury as long as he takes it seriously, that is the worse thing he could do is "not feel like traveling to kronk for camp" type of ****.

This kind of chatter leads me to think this fight will happen - which is awesome

If you know anything about Fury you'll know he took a little break after the non Whyte fight & he's been on double training day's since on tick over. He's fit & bored because t#ssers like bob won't let him just fight.

Is this fight really going to happen? Fury seems to be doing everything he can to avoid Usyk. He couldn't even get in the ring with AJ or Wlad (in the rematch) so not holding my breath. It took him 6 years to fight two top-10 opponents.

Usyk is Cunningham x 4 at HW. Uysk has been at HW 5 minutes and already has more belts than Fury has. This is what happens when you don't avoid people
