I think that if Wladimir is going to show up the same way as he did in Williams fight, it will be an even fight, hard to tell. If he shows up in the same condition as he was about 3 years ago, than it's Wladimir by KO in late rounds.

I have been super-busy with work...

What are the odds that Wlad will show up in his old great shape?

I have no idea. Wlad may still fight Byrd, but if he fights Sergei instead, I would have to see how looks in the first round. If he looks as awkward as he looked against TOS he could lose late or Sergei could outwork him in the mid to late rounds and pull out a decision win if Wlad doesn't finish him off early like he should have done to TOS when he had him hurt in the 2nd. If on the other hand, Wlad finally looks comfortable with Steward's new style which is what I am hearing from his sparring sessions (it could be all a load of crap though), I would say Wlad TKO 4.

Byrd is scared, so Wlad needed to fight someone.

Nice to see him staying active...hopefully he can right the ship.

What do yoy think of this fight?

Im glad wlad is back in the ring where he belongs, but i dont know much about this sergei guy.

He beat guinn which is good but he also lost to this guy maxime who has lost 26 of his 41 fights.

So sergeis remains a big ?????

Anyway this is a chance for wlad to begin his way back to the great fighter he is.

In the Guinn SL fight, SL did not do anything that made me think he was special.

SL is the caliber of fighter that Wlad just plowed through about two years ago.

              Wlad TKO 5.

Where are you getting that he lost to a guy named Maxime? Serguei's only loss is to Mo Harris who in his following fight was on his way to decisioning Oquendo before Oquendo KO'd him in the 10th. But then again Harris has a pretty weak chin, so Wlad may be safe.
