Both Spence and Crawford have said they're going to 154 after they meet! Crawford has already said he wants Jermell Charlo! They have a real beef going! Vergil will probably fight for a vacant title, then hope and pray GBP can get him a fight with Boots or Stanionis! Maybe Keith Thurman will come for him, if he has a title? I wouldn't hold my breath for that either!

Either way, Vergil will at least get a shot at a title in the near future.

It would be better for his legacy to take the title from Spence or Crawford, and he had a chance to take it from Crawford! If he wins a title @ 147, and there's an opportunity to get a title @ 154 from Charlo, Spence, or Crawford, I would advise him to do it immediately rather than face Boots @ 147! He could always fight Boots @ 154!
