"Its not a good fight to watch but its an intriguing match to watch."

"Fury doesn't want to fight Usyk but he may have too the money is so big"

Eddie covering his bases for when reporters pull him up on his words.

So he's essentially telling us he backs fury to win, the fight will be good to watch and Fury wants to fight just as much As Usyk.

This why nobody but arseholes like Eddie.

Its not good to watch if Eddie isn't part of it. Just like canelo v plant in Eddie's eyes

The matchroom cult now want all titles out of boxing. You couldn't make this stuff up.

You guys make Redeemer look so honourable , atleast she Ate her crow and held her hands up and took her L.

I'll have more respect for her than the rest of Cult Members.

This one will be an era defining fight. If Usyk beats Fury he is instantly going to the ATG category and can be compared to anyone. Ofc Fury will be declared a bum as soon as that happens and people will try to discredit the win. Naturally same applies the other way around too, if Fury win then Usyk is a complete chump. Unified Heavyweight Champion and Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion having faced all the best CWs one after the other and completely outclassing Gassiev in the final. P4P Usyk's resume is the best. His worst performance is against Chazz who obviously is not an opponent to light up the fire in a fighter like Usyk.

If Usyk pulls this one off he enters the living legend territory. Imagine all the Fury fans coping with that. It's completely possible, Fury has struggled with speed and boxing IQ (Cunningham, Klitschko, Wallin)

      May the best man win.

The same Eddie that said Whyte was playing mind games with Fury and going to knock him out. All along Fury was playing with Whyte, had him starstruck and under control and literally making Whyte dance at the weigh in, when you ever see Whyte like that? - then he knocked him out without getting out of second gear.

Fury will smash Usyk and Eddie will be saying Usyk is getting old and those AJ fights took something from him.

The truth is Eddie would have loved to promote Fury. He knows deep down who the best is.
Hearn always picks against him, but he's also admitted Fury is number one in the division. Eddie knows he missed a trick when Fury showed up supporting Chisora in Monaco and talked up his comeback.

Usyk a much better fighter than Tyson, just that Tyson has the size and weight to his advantage. But, yes Usyk is a much better boxer.

Eddie never turns down the chance to throw shade at Fury. If Fury was his fighter, Eddie would say he was better then Ali and Louis in their primes. He's a typical promoter, its his job. He's worse then a used car salesman.

Pretty sure the whole schtick of putting Fury at no.1 and Wilder no.2 for ages was borne of a similar interest: my man lost to the best, or my man beat the second best.

                Big deal.

More important here are the opinions of verified boxing experts with no commercial stake in the fight…. that’s right: the brave posters of Boxing scene, especially me.
Ok, here´s my take: Fury has size and reach on his side, nothing else. This will almost certainly be a 12 rd fight and Usyk´s work rate and engine will be a big factor, Fury gained 7 years and 20 lbs since he last fought a fast paced 12 rds - and even then nobody was really throwing punches, just dancing around the ring. Then again the size difference is huge and Fury can be pretty smart at times (inside the ring) so with the right game plan he could ruin the fight for us all, including Usyk. I see it as 50/50 and will probably put an insignificant sum on the underdog. And yes, I realize my knowledgeable comment was pretty much useless as a prediction but at least I tried.

Hearn also favored Canelo to beat Usyk before he lost to a complete novody in bivol.
