That was the fight right after Matias killed Dadashev. Matias was messed up and understandably. But you didn't know Matias rematched that Armenian and stopped him in brutal fashion.

Taylor is scared shytless of Matias that's a fact.

    Matias will hurt poor Ponce.
Explain why Taylor is scared of Matias. Why is that a fact?

I’ll create a new governing body called the “WBAWBCIBFWBOSuperDiamond”. It will only be awarded to any fighter that becomes undisputed in a division. It will only be awarded to a fighter on condition of them dropping all other belts. It will have one reasonable sanctioning fee. It will maintain an impartial hierarchy of mandatories with the best fighters in the division at the top regardless of which tv network they’re with. It will not be affiliated in any way with any particular promoter or tv network. It will not allow fighters to remain inactive for more than 6 months unless they have a genuine medical reason for not doing so. It will only be awarded to fighters enrolled on all year round random vada testing. It will be an international, non profit organisation and will be independently audited to prevent any form of corruption. It judges will be appointed by panel and poor / indefensible decisions will result in the judge being banned for life.

That should just about do it.

Then all the other sanctioning bodies that are ruining the sport we love can just evaporate and die.

I actually like Josh Taylor relinquishing the titles. It opens up the division.

          Man, if you're Jack Catterall..

"BoxingScene.com has learned that Ponce-Matias will likely take place on the Deontay Wilder-Robert Helenius undercard as part of the October 15 Fox Sports Pay-Per-View from Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York."

Nonesense, if you had watched any of his last few fights you'd know he would stop and damage everyone who dares stands and trade with him. It will take a decent boxer to outbox him (without getting wet) and I don't see nobody from Mexico doing that.

PR will have a new, real champ come Oct 15.

Josh Taylor is an utter failure, Peter. There is no way that Toprank rebuild his public image after all these disgraceful scandals and the company getting cleaned-out by the sanctioning bodies of all their world title ; doing PBC a favor by getting their hands on the WBA and IBF, simply epic failure.

Josh Taylor is a dirty turd that refuses to go down the toilet.

There’s tons of guys in Mexico that will beat him. The only time a PR beats a Mexican is by robbery and that barely happens because They usually get stopped, and the reason For that is that Mexico is a big country so there is a bigger talent pool. If China were into boxing, they’d probably dominate. I like variety in boxing. I think Matias is overrated and is getting the title cause he’s connected to scum. nuff said.
