No doubt Floyd beats Cotto. Mayweathers's defensive skills and ring intellegence would give most of the fighters in his division problems. The only competitve fights would be Paul Williams, Shane Mosley and maybe Pac man. I'm not a Floyd nuthugger, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Floyd has talent.
