how can floyd not be #1 at 147?

he fought a natural welterweight 4 years ago. that should count for something.

This must mean that you have Floyd as the no.1 WW?

Floyd isn't the Pound for Pound King...

After #1 things can be disputed...does Marquez fall below Bernard, where is Floyd at on the list, Bernard hasn't fought in a while, etc.

how is borenard ahead of froid?

borehard's last win was against a guy who had to move up 2 divisions as well. at least froid's win was against an elite fighter coming up 2 divisions. pavlik is mediocre.

                  Pacquiao is still number one.
Pacquiao's last opponents were bigger then him.
He beat them in impressive fashion too.

Mayweather's last opponents were smaller then him.
Though his win against Marquez was far better then Pacquiao's,
Marquez was moving up to welterweight having never fought there and
was just a featherweight a year ago.

Pavlik is a VERY huge M.W. Faught at 166 against Taylor, the extra 4 lbs isn't why he got dominated by B-Hop. B-Hop is number 2, easy as that.
