Mayweather deserves no credit for beating an old featherweight

The Floyd Mayweather nuthuggers are out in full force, celebrating his win over the shorter, smaller, older Juan Manuel Marquez.

Did anybody else notice the size difference? Floyd was about 160 pounds in there, that's why he refused to weigh in before the fight.

Floyd had a 26" to 23" arm length advantage, and everybody who has ever boxed knows how important that is.

Floyd deserves no praise and no credit for this win. If he someone his own size like Cotto, Williams, Mosley or even Berto and dominated like that, he would deserve some praise.

And he couldn't even KO the great old featherweight JMM, despite his physical advantages.

Manny Pacquiao is still p4p #1 on my list.

Fighting and defeating people several weight divisions below your own like Mayweather does is not an indication of greatness.

I would be embarassed ii people praised and worshipped me for beating up a guy i should beat up. Why give credit to someone when they should win?

Do the patriots deserve credit if they beat the lions 38-3? What if the Lakers beat the kings by 30?

Well Pacquiao is favored to beat Cotto, should that possible win be discredited?

It was a tuneup....intelligent fans aren't holding this as some great win on his resume...

BUT like it or not Floyd is on another plateau than Marquez...at any weight Floyd would take it...

Cotto has a legitimate chance at winning that fight. Marquez winning would have been one of the biggest upsets in boxing history.

What!!! Floyd is a *****, just as your boy hopkins said yesterday. Floyd stuttered like a lil ***** when mosley asked him to fight. **** the pacquiao fight, i hope floyd fights someone his size. Floyd should put some gloves on his elbows as much as he elbows. Floyd uses money to weigh as much as he wants. How the **** can anyone give this guy credit for his win yesterday.
