Off the top of my head....

De La Hoya Vs Mayweather... who won?

Jones jr Vs Ruiz... who won?

One could go as far and say De La Hoya vs Pac. Ironically, Hoya was so zombiefied he actually became the smaller man. So you could actually say Pac was picking on the smaller man as PBF just did........

The list could go on if you dig deep enough.... Skills play a key factor in boxing especially for PBF. Mayweather skills as he showed last night would walk right through Pac's defense which is his offense. He schooled JMM who gave Pac hell...

Pac has zero to little chance of winning vs Mayweather. Listen to Emanuel Steward about a minute into the 9th round of Mayweather JMM....

Mayweather needs to fight a REAL WW (Mosley/Cotto). Not little man Pac. We will be sitting here all over again discussing weight, because if they fight it will once again be Mayweather beating up the much smaller man all over again. You don't want that do ya? Size matters but Mayweather's skills and technical game is the best in the business. Unless he moves up to MW, I don't see anyone matching his skills.

Shane can't beat Mayweather. Not at this stage in his career. I'm assuming Jin is taking him to the cleaners in their divorce proceedings. Isn't it ironic now that Mosely is begging for a fight with "Money" when he had it years ago. My my how the tables have turned.

I'm with you on this . Last night was all skillz, he wasn't bulling this pee drinker, he was smart boxing, he was right in front of him. Like I always said, I hate this piece of ****, but there's nobody right now that got a chance with him period and to me saying this looking at my boy poster ( Cotto ) next to his autographed glove hanging next to it, is hard but real.

Shane's claim to fame lately is beating a slow ass Margarito, a washed up Mayoraga, and a old before his years Vargas. he would do well for about three rounds and then you would be hating PBF for beating up a washed up Shane.

I think this is a good fight for Shane after being off for so long.
He can whip Berto overrated ass and get another belt and strengthen
his position in the mix of mega fights. I think after all this time that
Mosley has been out of the ring if he fought Floyd right away he
woud get humiliated. Shane should have had like 2 more fights
            post Antonio Margarito.

We both see it the same. Mosley is only very effective against
slow fighters but boxers who work the ring and create space and
angles throw him off as we seen in the Cotto fight. It was close
but Shane should have been able to beat Cotto but Cotto knew
the way to beat Shane was to out box him. Floyd is too swift
for Shane. Not saying Shane is not a good fighter because he is
but when was the last time we saw him in the ring with a real
boxing technician? Thats the question people should be asking
themselves. Berto is a good fighter to see where Mosley is at
right now in regards to a speedy guy.

I have been reading your posts and I can tell you have sense
and look at things from every aspect and not spewing things
out and I respect that. I agree that Floyd would smash Pacquiao
most likely worst than he did JMM because Pac is not a counter
puncher and is wild at times. Floyd is too patient, fast and
defensive. I would definitely watch Pac/Floyd but much rather
see Cotto/Floyd and or Floyd/Mosley. I think its time for Floyd
to shut people up and just go for a full fledge WW because as
we witnessed the other day, Floyd has settled quite well into
147 and his skill set is still on par as before. I see Cotto getting
a spanking and Mosley getting gassed out trying to match Floyd
                for 12 rds and beat.

When skill is equal or close the bigger man will win. Roy Jones was far more skilled than Ruiz as was Mayweather at that point in De La Hoyas career you could say Mayweathers always been more skilled than De La Hoya.

This is boxing so theres the odd exception when some attributes can pull you out like if your the smaller man but with a bigger punch you can end a fight straight away or the much faster fighter (Leonard-Hagler) but you many think (including myself) that Hagler deserved the decision.

It's the same people that want Mayweather to fight pac that non stop ***** about him fighting smaller guys..... When Mayweather beats pac in the same fashion he just did vs JMM everyone will go right back to the "Mayweather always fights the smaller guys" all over again...

Money talks so we know what will happen but that's if Pac can even get passed Cotto. IMO he wont, so we should see Mayweather Cotto early/mid next year. Pac's P4P #1 days are very limited..... Everyone watched last night and everyone knows in the back of there mind that Mayweather will re-claim what was once his.
cotto is not mayweather as pacman to jmm deep****

Much respect to you my friend for keeping it 100
and speaking how you truly feel and aint nothing
wrong with that. People think everyone defends Floyd
and he can do no wrong but thats not true because
he can get irrating but doesnt take away from his skill
set and right now I dont see nobody at 147 that has
the same level of boxing intelligence as he does. Cotto
and Mosley are good, strong fighters but I dont see them
beating Floyd and thats just how I see it in my opinion.
