No, i box too and i smile everytime i get hit flush, that's probably a reflex to say "im not hurt" when you know your opponent landed very well.
When a guy smiles that means you did a good job and that you should attack him more.

Floyd gets hit clean so rarely that when he does he likes to stop to point it out. I can't see how something so insignificant would have such an impact on a person to the point of pissing them off unless they were either envious that he's that much better then their favorite fighters or they're just straight up haters.

Generally, it's a meaningful punch and sometimes hurts the opponent, so the natural reaction is to smile to make it seem like it didn't hurt. It's all mind games.
