Floyd probably will fight the winner of Cotto-Pacman. I have a hunch that Cotto will upset the favored Pacman. Mayweather would pot shot Cotto all night long when they fight. Look at how bad Mayweather after a 2 year layoff shut down Marquez. The only difference is that Mayweather would KO Pacman and people would say he beat a smaller man.
