Is this a joke or something? I can understand PBF being placed on the list, but Bernard Hopkins is #1. Don't get me wrong Hopkins is my boy, but their is no way he should be number 1. What about JMM? Are you telling me because he lost to Mayweather his name should be wiped off the list?

Boxrec goes off points and certain system. Pavlik is in their top 10 because he at the time dominated the top 160s so the fight against Hopkins didn't hurt him much. I don't look at boxrec for anything but old records, never for rankings. If you watch the sport you know whos the best.
