I play the sports book as a very casual hobby. I lost $24 last weekend. Won $40 the previous. It's an up-and-down game and I am admittedly not having the greatest year but whatever. I was doing worse before and have turned it around recently. I'm pretty sure I'm close to breaking even or around negative $50-$100 CAD at the very worst. That's like $5 American! It's so unimportant that I'm not really tracking it to be fair. Having said that though, I am transparent and honest and I believe almost everyone respects me on here because of that. Not that that really matters, but I don't try and stir the pot with every single post I make like some angsty teenager. I did quite well last year though. I won the only two experimental/trial pay-to-play PICKEM league tournaments and came in 2nd place in the free-to-play PICKEM league and set a couple of records there even I think for a winning streak / perfect picks. Look it up, it's all there for posterity. I think I cleared close to $600 for those 3 events and won some pretty good bets on top of that. Definitely not bad just for fun and extra spending money.

I don't make any outrageous claims or try to gatekeep/lord over other people. I hardly even post anymore because this place feels so negative lately. In fact, anyone who sort of knows me on here would remember me posting many times how I am actually a fairly new hardcore boxing fan and have only been doing this for like 5-6 years. I think you're pretty funny sometimes and I do like your graphic work more than 1hourrun's which to me looks a little cheesy/dated but it's all art and subjective opinion in the end. Not like I'm his staunch defender by any means. We have bickered ourselves and don't see eye to eye on everything but I still think he's cool like most of the serious and committed posters on here.

Let me tell you a little story =--->

When I was in junior high back in the 80's, I had a few big paper routes that I did after school. There was a kid that I went to school with; a grade or two under me, that had a neighboring paper route to the one closet to my house. He used to push around on a neon pink scooter when everything was BMX. I was bigger than him, not a lot though, but still bigger. So every week on Thursday (payday) I would kick his ass, skittle his scooter down the street, and rob his paper route money.

As time moved on he got juiced to the gills and made a name for himself as a local tough guy. Beat up a few people, nobody notable, but there was some hype around his name. Enough hype to keep a lot of people in check when he was around. Probably had 30-40 pounds of muscle on me at the time. I saw him at a local bar one night, he couldn't leave well enough alone and decided to step up to the plate and try and get a victory against his childhood bully.

You know what they say, stand up to a bully and they fold right? Not really the truth tbh. Now I'm the smaller guy and I still beat the dogshit out of him in front of at least 50 people.
