Tim Duncan is my favorite basketball player of all time, I started “following” NBA because of him and David Robinson in 1999. After he retired, I slowly stopped watching NBA. He was exciting enough to make someone start watching the sport.

I’m not compelled to watch Broner, at least not after a couple of fights after Maidana where he looked scared to fight.

Not only do I hope he loses but I hope he loses bad enough that no one ever gives him air time again. When he can’t win easily he shuts down and has no will to win

That's the thing, dummy, Tim Duncan was winning, but you are not so this doesn't work for you.

Can’t believe we missed out on a Khan-Broner showdown, the pre-fight build up for this fight would’ve been epic. Battle of the deluded kings!

If Broner knows how to win why does he have so many losses?

I know Adrien Broner isn't comparing himself to ATG NBA star, Tim Duncan. Man is a legit ATG, not even in the same sport, AB isn't even an ATG in his own sport! A better comparison is the Manaconda himself, John Ruiz. Even then, Ruiz had a lot of successful title defense somehow. AB, when was the last time dude was even a champion? Delusional. His agent really wants him marketing himself as the Tim Duncan of boxing? Dude must really not want people to watch.

I remember back when Broner first started making waves on HBO, they described him as "like an offensive minded Mayweather." Funny how that turned out.

The Ponce de Leon fight was the first real red flag.

Tim Duncan was actually kind of exciting to watch. He was very clutch from everywhere on the floor. He'd never mss his 3's when it counted.
