Is it just me, or do most of HBO's fights seem to be PPV lately?
I mean, I could understand it 5-10 years ago when there were some seriously competitive fights, but the ones recently seem to be pure trash.
Last week was the Heavyweight snorefest, next week in Morales-Barrera XVII followed by Williams-Klit.
The only PPV card I've seen recently that was even halfway worth buying was the Trinidad-Mayorga fight, and that was only to see if Tito had anything left.
The only one that was truly worth watching was Sturm kicking DLH's ass.
The Wright-Mosely fight tonight was a far better fight than anything that's been on PPV lately. I would go so far as to say that Shobox has more exciting cards.
I think I'm done with PPV for a while, at least until they have a card worth paying $50 for.
