Lol how does the JMM fight change your opinion of a decision? If anything it reinforces it. Floyd is too quick, skilled and defensive for Cotto.

Because Cotto isn't slow and weak at welterweight like Marquez. Floyd would not be able to cover up and fight as cautiously as he did against JMM, and if he did Cotto would f*** him up. Marquez at welterweight is nothing like Cotto at welterweight, we should not be basing any legit future fights for Floyd off the Marquez fight.

Mayweather is way too defensive to finish Cotto off, he could of finished Marquez but he play's it safe, if he wins it would be by points. Cotto is big and strong it won't be a easy fight.

This is true. Marquez's weight slowed him down though. But Cotto isn't a better combination puncher than JMM.

Floyd was SO defensive tonight, especially when Marquez let his hands go. Had that been Miguel in there with Floyd tonight (a TRUE WELTER), Floyd woulda been running out of the ring (like in WWE). With that said, Cotto would put a hurting on Puto Floyd.

If Cotto let his hands go Mayweather would of run him out of the ring, he clearly just didn't see a threat from Marquez so let him tire himself out.
