When they don't return the call, call them out and say "I have left multiple messages to promoter X, so they obviously don't want the fight." However, when you say, I want the fight, but they never called, that leaves the question, "Well if you wanted it, why didn't you call them?" I've Hearn many times say he tried to get fights with PBC fighters, but he doesn't knw who to call? Maybe Al Haymon would be a good start? Obviously we got Joshua vs. Ruiz X 2, so obviously it can get done! In this case he's saying Arum doesn't want the fight, but yet he doesn't want to do Bivol vs. Zurdo either, AND FOR THE SAME REASONS!
