The youtuber fights at 190. All he has to do is choose a fighter from the cruiserweight division and weight won't be an issue. It's that simple.

No one is arguing that Rahman Jr. made a fool of himself by agreeing to cut to a weight he probably knew he couldn't make.

This is more about Paul needing to simply fight someone in the crusierweight division. He is 190, he should seek to fight a professional cruiserweight fighter with under 10 fights. People want to see him fight a solid up and coming fighter at his weight. Not someone retired, someone too old, someone bigger but that has to drain down.
