Ryan Garcia is one of the most hated fighters ever!

Boxing fans even defended Canelo against him and rooted for Canelo in their dispute. Canelo is face of boxing and has a huge amount of haters.

Garcia is just 23 and already one of the most hated fighters ever. No one likes him except Instagrammer teenager girls. He should either improve his resume or retire from boxing. It's not normal to be so hated at this age. He should fight Tank. Fans might like him more if he makes a surprise.

His social media profile outstrips his professional achievement, he's not bright (uses words out of context for example) and isn't even that good looking (it's mostly his hair, without it he'd be average). When he fights an opponent worth getting excited about I'll become interested, until then it's all just tedious noise no mature male should have any interest in.

Hated? Or irrelevant, but with a large platform?

I’m starting to wonder if he really is that popular. People can buy followers. Devin Haney has 1.4 million followers and he can’t even sell in his home town. Ryan is at least interesting and that has some value. But he’s getting out sold by Tank in his home state and Tank has far less followers.

Put the tinfoil hat back in the closet homeboy lol,his social media following is legit. Being on a far more accessible platform like Showtime and to some extent PPV, is why Tank currently draws a larger crowd, why else? Sure as hell not because of his personality, looks or level of opposition right?

With the crowd Ryan drew against Fortuna its apparent that gap is closing and closing fast. You listen to casuals now and the 2 are synonymous with one another. Ryan is well aware and has even stated so,that a win over Tank will propel himself into one of the biggest stars in boxing. Like him or hate him the potential is there every which way you look at it.

Nobody likes him but he does good sales. Everybody spends money to see people they hate.

This is good for him. You should either be loved and/or hated in boxing. If people don't have a strong opinion about you, they won't watch you.
