Garcia did not look good, even with a guy who wasn't throwing anything back. Rust?, perhaps, but I see big guys in the division giving him lots of issues, at this point he probably wants to pick up a couple of decent checks and call it a day.

Lara would smoke him. Too much discrepancy in the reach, something like 74'' to 67''. As I said, PBC will just move 147s up to 154, let them fight each other, and call time legit 154s. Nice way to avoid the Ennis and Ortiz. Keef and Danny got a pass from fighting Crawford by dumb boxing fans, worried promoters vs. seeing guys from the same pier group fight.

I literally saw someone post that Garcia could beat Lubin and Harrison.

Thurman and ancient Lara? Danny got some major challenging aspirations at 154…guess a title is not in the plans.

Even with Thurman being a shell of himself and Lara old, they'll still beat Garcia.

To me Garcia has conned the fans pretty well since the Khan fight, making good purses fighting people like Rod Saika and Mauricio Herrera and then going into “let me just go the full 12 rounds and get my money” mode whenever he steps up in class. He’s gotten enough money over the years stringing fans along and that needs to end. No one needs or wants to see him fighting a Lara or Thurman as a catch weight.

Lara doesn't have his legs anymore but the wit is still there and the accurate power punches. Also, Danny can't pressure like Gary. Lara will keep Danny at the end of the left and tear his face up. You thought Peterson was piecing Danny up in the 2nd half of their fight. Forget Lara. I don't think Danny could handle Gary. Lara is just a throwout name to get fans talking. He is fighting another 147 coming up or Austin Trout which I don't he can win either. Lubin would murder Danny. No way Danny survives the type of fight between Lubin and Fundora.

I wish these guys like Garcia, Thurman etc would get out the way and stop using up tv space and money so boxers who want a career can step up and prove themselves. Nobody cares about these never was's

I actually think he could beat lubin. Lubin has obvious chin issues and that fight with fundora may have long term effects.

Lara, even at this stage, mops the floor with Swift.
