The result was changed later. TKO win for Helenius.

    Keep fighting Adam!

The ******ity of boxing culture is that they want fighters to fight the best, but discourage the loser. They want to see good fights, but are squeamish about an entertaining fighter continuing his career.

    Pick one you ****s.

He’s healthy, makes an annual salary in one purse, makes for entertaining fights, chose to continue his career, and should keep going as long as his determination and health take him.

The guys conditioning and defense is bad so I don't see him being a major player at heavyweight and didn't realise he was 33 aswell.. I mean if he don't need to I don't know why he would he's just gonna sustain damage he don't need

This may not be realistic, but why not go down one weight class & be a real contender. If you're gonna risk your life, risk it traning to make cruiserweight.. Think of your young family, invest in something, but not local where you're known or depend on connections. A basic solid source of passive income and just keep adding, you'll have a safety net in a healthy place where you can just enjoy your family. This goes for all boxers.

Well he is not very committed to the sport and is obese/lazy so he wont be a champion. Nothing wrong with that but its a waste of talent though.

ISsue from me is that I think Helenius set a nice blueprint - at the very least for the right hand to the body which Kownacki doesn't even react to, there is no defense applied. Helenius was landing that punch at will with full power and nothing coming back. He wasted no time - it worked in the first fight and he started throwing it right away in teh 2nd fight, except even sharper.

Kownacki was not reacting to punches well, from what I remember seemed like he was turning away and wanted out

Don’t see this career ending well
He takes way to much punishment in there
Like he said though , it’s his life and that makes it his decision
