I mean, how can you even be justified to be doing ppv when you aren't cracking 100k buys? Let's go back to the Barrios fight, Coppinger said it cracked 200k and he's an ESPN employee, Oscar is saying Tank has never done over 100k, who sounds more credible? I just saw a quote from Ellerbe saying people are erroneously claiming Stank did 50k ppvb's against Rolly. Ellerbe has to lie like a rug on this, but there is often a lot of truth in a lie. Cruz ppv rumors, same thing, 40k-60k
lol at tanked.
If Stank Porkrind Davis really the A-Side here? Garcia has 9,000,000 instagram follwers and you're telling me he can't bring at a minimum 200,000 or 2% of them to buy a ppv against Tank? I'm talking 2% here just to play extreme lowball. I think Garcia brings more ppvb's to the table than Tank does.
And before I get too sidetracked, what the hell is wrong with Oscar's right thumb? You won't notice it at first, but you'll see it's crazy bent the wrong way at certain angles.
Lastly, at 31:18 when Oscar is talking highly about Floyd the interviewer is being such a prick. Even before at 29:15, that is such a prick thing to say that Oscar is trying to prevent the fight with Al. What is this guys problem? You don't year Radio Raheem, Ellie, or Villegas talking to people like this. Is this Ben Thompson? Even the part about Oscar's new health line called Masculine, the interviewer is calling them beauty products, I mean really dude?
I'm a big fan of Floyd, but Floyd being so adamant that Oscar HAD to do an interview with Fighthype then Fightype's direction of questioning is extremely unprofessional and subjective. Fighthype is probing all kinds of contract details as a 3rd party and that really makes me feel like Floyd doesn't want a fight with Ryan Garcia.
These are the type of questions that need to take place between promoters, not a 3rd party journalist which should be objective but clearly subjective to Floyd. Basically Floyd gave him a sheet of bullet points and the interviewer is executing.
I haven't logged into Fighthype in YEARS and their front page hasn't changed at all. Extremely dated landing page. Got to be 15 years old.
The slider video header on Fighthype is extremely dated. This is the reel: Fury vs Wilder 3, Garcia vs Spence, Porter vs Crawford, Canelo vs Plant. These are EXTREMELY DATED fights.
Oscar did a great job deflecting all of the hate from the interview, a true champion for the sport of boxing.
I'm a big fan of Floyd Mayweather, but this is just piss poor form from him, terrible businessman. Now that Oscar has a health line coming out called Masculine, I wonder how long it'll be before Floyd launches something similar.
