In all likely hood, he'll probably weigh about the same for this fight as his last fight. Canelo and Chaves Jr. Are both notorious for weighing 20 lbs more in the ring than at the weigh in, but people didn't call those extreme weight cuts. Honestly, Floyd asking Canelo to go down to 152 was probably a bigger deal than asking Rahman to cut to 200.
Yep precisely - I am 6'2 and 190lbs. Around Christmas I can easily blow up to 210-220.

A month or two of getting my miles in and eating right gets me right back down.

Rahman is 6'3, not 6'6 like a lot of heavyweights these days. Doing three weeks of something like LeanGains during camp would probably get him close to 200lbs.

Good punch resistance, movement and good cardio. There are exceptions like Andy Ruiz who has crazy cardio, speed, movement and needs the extra weight cause he's not a power puncher. Mass times acceleration and Andy can generate enough force to surprise almost anyone.

PS. Rahman can't let Paul, hug and lean, he has to spin out of the way, dig to the body or punish with the free hand.
Time for you to put away the energy drinks and Swisher Sweets, trying to sound like you've been in a fight since the second grade..

Yes cutting from 220 to 200 is no big deal, smaller fighters do much more drastic weight cuts when you compare the percentage.

He cant weigh the same for this fight as the last fight. you quoted the 10 pound rehydration clause. He stated he must be 210 up to a few hours before the fight.

Rehydration clause. Guy has been up to 260 and he was 224 after a full camp in the spring. no idea what he is now but he hasnt been 210 his entire career and was last 211 over 4 years ago.
