He has the size and Canelo's number so I think it would be an even more emphatic victory next time.

However, I was very impressed by Canelo. The way he can back these bigger guys up at will, make them miss with his waist and head movement is pure poetry. Combine that with that elite chin and he is a problem for even bigger punchers then himself… but, his biggest weakness is his stamina. I don’t know how the hell Canelo can either improve that stamina in the rematch to be more active and keep Bivol from scoring on him… or he will have to up his power to make Bivol think twice about throwing those 5-6-7 punch combos on Canelo which won him the first fight… one of those two things must happen for Canelo to have a shot to win but if he can do both… that is improve on his stamina, by being more active and throwing more punches himself, AND up his power… there is no way in hell any version of Bivol can beat a focused and engaged Canelo. He wasn’t the same for this fight he tought he would blow by Bivol like he has been doing to all the other boxers he’s faced… Bivol never talked no sh.it… look at what happened to bjs and Caleb for running their mouths and watch how he phucks ggg up in the trilogy… I’ll let you know if Canelo will get up for the Bivol rematch just by looking at his demeanor for the build up.. that will tell me who will win… I think Bivol can’t really do much better and I think Canelo can do a lot better and for that reason I highly suspect Canelo will get up for the rematch and will lay the wood on Bivol… he will snatch that body up trust me
You predicted bivol would win? Props if you did but I also recall at some point you saying nobody from 160-75 beats canelo, if I’m not mistaken. As for the fight, maybe canelo can do better in a rematch but I saw your previous post where you said he’d beat bivol “easily” in a rematch. No way he beats bivol with ease. Bivol is too good for anyone in that weight class to beat him easily. I just think bivol was and always will be a step too far for canelo. Canelo has beaten bigger men than bivol but the skill and more importantly the will were lacking in those guys. It’s not the case with bivol. Just like Duran and Hearns could beat middle weights but hagler was a step too far for them. Or Trinidad blowing through 154 and washing joppy at mw but Hopkins was a step too far for him. That’s what I feel is the case with canelo and bivol. You are right about Canelo’s stamina and it has always been an issue. But because he was so sharp and his opponents would shell up with his feints or anytime he’d throw, his lack of stamina hasn’t been exposed for a while. Bivol didn’t let him rest. That’s another reason why I’ve always said Benavidez would be hell for Canelo because he’s a volume puncher and he’s durable enough to take punishment and more importantly, he has the mindset that he’s going to fight you tough. Guys like Callum smith, Saunders, plant , fielding , Yidilgrim didn’t have that in them.

Yes sir I sure did predict that Bivol would beat canelo and Im also on record saying Benavides would beat him too.. but i was very impressed with canelo despite the defeat. He will have to hurt Bivol to beat him and I’m Not so sure he can. Or up his volume to Match Bivols output. Idk man but something’s gotta give and you make great points with Bivol maybe being a step too far with the examples provided… great eye… and yes I Also said no one from 60-75 beats canelo but honestly I said that thinking he’d never even get in there with Bivol or Beterbiev… so, Im a lot more confident now though that canelo Can rise to the ocasión on the rematch and the body will be the key.. we shall see I can’t wait
