Wasn't on his A game? No credit to Bivol? Some of Bellew's comments are silly, and sometimes he's right.

He's wrong here. Sometimes these guys from Europe who are not flashy and talkative, but are outstanding boxers, are overlooked.

Tony thought he could handle Usyk, then found out that Oleksandr was the best fighter he ever fought.

Any fighter can use that excuse when they lose. What's Bellew's best win? Makabu? Maybe Makabu wasn't on his A game that night and that's why he lost?
This is not hard to figure out, Bellew is one of the boxing commentator's for DAZN, where Hearn is under contract to promote fights, and Canelo is their cash cow.
So that's them just hoping, praying, dreaming, promoting, or just plain lying to the boxing public, because they want to be able to continue to milk their cash cow.
Now back to the reality of it all, once a master boxer beats a fighter rather handily, it's even easier for them to beat that fighter a second time around.
The only thing that Canelo can do in a rematch is start faster, and throw more combination's, that's going to create more opening for Bivol's counter's, and cause Canelo to tire even sooner.
If they do fight a rematch, Bivol might get a little more ****** up during the fight, but Canelo will get beaten even worse in the rematch, with his bruised, bloodied, and lumped up face telling the story of what he has gone through.
Bivol's iron will, chin, and superb boxing ability will enable him to land a *******ial rain of punches on Canelo, predominantly on his face. there won't be a need for a trilogy.

I hate this kind of thinking. It assumes that there's some supernatural, unexplainable reason as to why someone didn't perform as well as they should have, and not the person across from them who affected their performance. If it was a lesser fighter, than I'm sure Canelo would have been completely on his "A game." Another reason as to why I don't blindly follow what boxers say and how they score fights just because they're a fighter.

Bivol is just better boxer than Canelo, that is how it is. Canelo was off his A game, lol, what y creepy excuse. So Plant lost to Canelo because he was off his A game?

Canelo was clearly unprepared and way overconfident before the fight he along with all these so called experts said he would breeze through Bivol. A well prepared not overconfident canelo beats Bivol but has to find that hunger again.

Bellew gives Bivol no credit for his win over Canelo. To suggest that Alvarez lost because he wasn't on his A game is ludicrous. Both men were on their A games, but Bivol's was simply better than Canelo's.
