Could current Inoue beat current 45 year-old shot Floyd?

I know I know, crazy talk. But hear me out, I have a point here =--->

Floyd is 45 years-old and 200% shot for a real fight. Floyd has been shot at least 7 years from any real competition against a real boxer.

Inoue is a shrimp, but he's 100% real, at his peak, and bashing everyones brains in.

In this hypothetical real fight, Inoue can weigh whatever he wants and so can Floyd.

Inoue is 5'5" with 67" reach.
Floyd is 5'8" with 72" reach. (I actually hear Floyd is shorter than 5'8")

This is Floyd's last exhibition =--->

This is Inoue's last fight =--->

I hear Inoue is like 125 on fight night. But don't forget, in this hypothetical fight he can weigh whatever he wants, maybe he tops somewhere under 135. I hear he's always in shape.

I think I heard Floyd was somewhere under 154 against Moore.

So basically, Inoue has something like a =--->
    • ~25 weight disadvantage
    • 3" height disadvantage
    • 5" reach disadvantage (which is really 2.5" per arm)
Based on everything I've mentioned in this post, humour me =---> who do you think wins a 12 round fight?

Even though he's smaller, Inoue is in his prime and beats old shot Floyd for a 12 round decision.
    66.67%

Inoue is too small and Floyd could still dominate him for a 12 round decision.

This is a no-brainer. How the hell does a shot, 45 year old Mayweather possibly beat the Monster?

Another poster said something in another thread that precipitated this post. I couldn't resist to post a poll to hear what the board thinks about it.

Last I saw, you're at the top of the pickems so your vote and thoughts hold a bit of weight. Thank you for voting and posting.

At this point, I believe that any top 50 active boxer KOs mayweather.

even a YouTuber with zero experience lasts all rounds with him.

        He retired.

Floyd still has many tools that could help him beat guys in their prime. Inoue is 1-dimensional and smaller. Floyd would toy with him even today.

Inoue is in his prime and floyd is so past it, his timing isnt what it used to be. He looks a lot more sloppy in basically all of his exhibitions, even the mcgreggor one which was 5 years ago.

His exhibitions he dont train like for a full real fight.

If he was like 40 and had a real camp then I could see the size being too much and him being near his 38 year old self. But these days he gets lit up by a fast small dude. he is too sloppy and timing off.

In the poll you voted for Floyd winning though, shouldn't you have voted the opposite way for Inoue?
