Really? When does Floyd fight an actual welterweight? Why does he keep fighting guys that are moving up? When does he fight Mosley(is mosley old enough to fight yet?).

He will never fight any of the top welterweights.

judah was ranked #2 when floyd fought him, and the guy who was ranked #1 floyd beat in his next fight (baldomir). cotto wasnt a WW at the time, and floyd moved up cuz cotto declined his challenge for a fight at 140. margarito held the WBO belt, judah held the rest before vacating due to fees and then losing to baldomir. both of whom floyd beat. mosley was at 154 and also turned down a challenge from floyd, and not for the first time. floyd has been calling out mosley since he (mosley) was at 135.
