That's who he should fight next. the pacman fight probably wont happen due to who should get more money the weight in that fight would be big to dont think Freddie Roach would PBF walk in over weight. I think that fight would play out exactly like yesterday's did. SSM though is the same size as PBF he beats SSM he get's the credit as being the best WW.

Mayweather is too fast and smart for Shane. Shane still has some speed, but he doesn't use it very well. He loads up his shots. Those punches aren't going to land on Mayweather. Floyd beats Shane by comfortable UD.

you may well be right but floyd has to take fights like this to be taken seriously as an ATG. he has the ability to beat anyone, he just needs to put it on the line against the cream then people will have to acknowledge him as the best of a generation

i think jmm should go back to lightweight,maybe,maybe jr welter,but at lightweight there are good fights and at jr welter too...no shame in losing here,he fought a much bigger guy,2 pounds does make a difference,floyd didn't have to sacrifice to get that low,i'm sure he did it on purpose and for some reason he refused to get weighed before the fight,it wasn't hbo,it was him,,,jmm is just too small to fight at welter,that was so obvious even before the fight,he's a lightweight to me,heck barely too.

marquez' body was even more shot than de la hoyas. you could see marquez was even sluggish moving up to 135, and then the 36 year old jumped 2 more weight classes. its incredible how floyd is given credit for fighting a man whos body was obviously completly destroyed. of course mayweather looked good against him, but hell, any of the top welterweights would have, or probably even better. i guess people are just too caught up in the hype to see what really happened.

Come on dude, the size difference was so apparent from the beginning, don't try to act like it was anything other than size.

JMM was just outgunned. I didn't think so until I saw them in the ring and then it was obvious right away.
Don't play this off as a legit win. Just give JMM credit for aspiring to great heights.

Too bad James Kirkland got locked up. Maybe he can beat Floyd. Lol. Even though Mayweather came in with a big size advantage he still made the fight a mismatch. I don't like his career path, but I can't deny his talent. I just want to see him fight Mosley. Even though Williams I think would give him a tough fight, I don't see Floyd fighting him because he is at 160 now. The thing is, I don't bring up Paul Williams to use to deflect venom toward Floyd, but I think if all the top Welters had the stones to fight him Floyd would have no choice but to fight him as well. So Cotto and Mosley need to be held to the same standards as Floyd where that is concerned.

What is everyone going to say when Mayweather beats down Cotto, Mosely,and the little pac man? what will be the excuse then? Give the guy some credit he does have good boxing skills. Roy Jones moved to Heaveyweight and won. They could have fought at any weight and the outcome would have been the same. SPEED KILLS.
