there was not a huge size difference at all, it was nowhere near the size difference of delahoya-pacquiao, there is a 1-2 inch height advantage and mayweathers body is only a lil bigger than marquez, mayweather does have a good reach advantage tho, but power or size did not win this fight, marquez was not KO'd in 3 rounds, he was outboxed by a faster more technical boxer, but to the other guys point people discredit floyd becuz he wont fight one of the top welters, its not that no matter who he fights he gets hated on, if he beat cotto mosley or at this point pacquiao he would get full credit and shut everyone up, and i am a huge floyd fan

      I agree.

JMM is in the lightweight class,

and Floyd is in the welterweight class.

I wouldn't say so. JMM was much smaller tonight. Floyd has grown a lot.

I mean, when we saw Manny/Oscar in the ring it was a huge size
advantage. When we saw Margarito/Shane in the ring it was a
huge size advantage. When Quintana fought Williams the first time
it was a huge size advantage I know Floyd was/is bigger than Marquez
but lets face it, if Floyd was weighing 140 when he fought Marquez
JMM would have still gotten beat. Its about skill not size. Look at Leornard/Hearns?

I look at it like this, Floyd is just that good. I would like to see him
fight Pacquiao next IF Pacquiao gets past Cotto which I really dont
see happening BUT its possible. Any and all of these three looks good
to me Pac/Cotto/Mosley and when/IF all these fights happen Ill bet anyone on points that Floyd beats all three if not easily.

LOL wat??? Oscar weight 147, Pac weight 148? There weight the same the only Oscar had the height and reach advantage.

I disagree. Floyd arms looked bigger to me than usual. I thought he looked damn near like a MW. That is why I think he refuse to weight himself tonight. Cuz I think he was much bigger. I saw him as much bigger than JMM. Who looked like he didn't even belong at Jr WW. But, I agree with you that Floyd would get credit and respect for beating one of those 3.

I dont agree because when everyone first started talking about Floyd
fighting Shane and Cotto all I heard was that "Shane was/is old and
Floyd waited to fight him when he was passed it AND "Cotto has been
in wars and Floyd should have fought him when he was undefeated"
Im telling you, excuses are excuses and if people make them now
then they will make them again. Ill bet with anybody that Pac,
Cotto and Mosley wont beat Floyd and you can mark my words.

Yeh i wuz talking more about body size shoulder size height, in terms of weight marquez did come in light and i think mayweather was around 154 no heavier, even against oscar at 154 he didnt put on much weight cuz he wants 2 keep his speed

I thought Floyd looked like damn near a MW. While JMM looked like he didn't belong at JR WW. Pac weight a pound more than Oscar. and Williams/Quintana look like a big size advantage also with Hearn/Leonard. But, you knew that they were at there best weight. If Floyd would of weight 140 I don't think you would hear all this backlash. But, Do you? also I don't think he would of won this easy. I think Floyd is a true WW. I don't think he can make 144 let alone 140. And, I serious believe he would of been severely damaged and weight drained from trying to get to 140 do you agree? That it wouldn't been as easy as it was tonight. But, I have no doubt that a lot of fans would of gave him credit if he won. Let me ask you something else. Why do you think the reason is that Floyd refuse to weight himself tonight? My answer is that I don't think that he wanted to show the big size advantage. Just my opinion.

I don't who is saying all that bro. And, if they are then you know there opinions don't matter cuz they are not knowledgable. I always felt that Shane has the best chance to beating PBF. Before yesterday weight-in I thought PBF was a small WW. And, I was giving Pac a chance. But, now Floyd proved that he is a true WW. Just like Cotto and Mosley. So I want to see how Pac handles a true WW. So I would wait till the Cotto fight before I give my opinion on who would win between the 2. But, especially with Cotto and Mosley I don't think nobody would deny that they would be the best and most dangerous fighter that Floyd has ever fought.
