I can't believe Roach turned out to be right, I didn't expect this.

Props to Marquez, he had enough inside game to keep Floyd from taking a risk opening up.
Actually, I enjoyed the fight. The whole fight.

Floyd needed to get some rounds in, and did that. After a disappointing showing by Rocky Juarez, I appreciated the longer fight.

It's hard to believe how Floyd cut through Marquez. Like a knife through butter. Toyed with him. And Marquez had slapped Pacquiao around.

That says a lot about Floyd. He is a great fighter.

Like I said, MASTERFUL and unexpected. I was 50/50 with this. Defense was looking great and THE JAB has returned, all thanks to Floyd Sr. I :wank: threw the whole thing.

Have you watched him over the latter part of his career at all? What makes you think how he fights would change all of a sudden?

        LMAO

Is this your first time ever watching a Floyd fight? As I've said, he's fought this way for a while now. Why would that change. It's not anything Marquez does. Its completely the way Floyd fights
Umm.. the last two people Floyd fought that were close to his size at the elite level, he KO'd and nearly KO'd. I'm perplexed at why he spent this entire fight in 1st gear. He's being taunted for being a cherry picker and boring by a lot of fans and he still fought like this without blinking. He had another opportunity to drastically increase his fanbase with an aggressive fight and a potential, sensational KO and he didn't even attempt to take it. It's very strange to me. And this was the fight to go for it in, because every fight he's in after this is no joke and he'll be even more conservative with his offense.

I expected nothing less than a beatdown last night. What I saw instead, was a death by PECKING.
